Absolute freedom, I believe, is such a circumstance and one that would spare only the most decent of human beings, and let's admit it how many people llike that do you know. Without accountability and punishment we would all be eventually lured towards the less responsible path. But if you look at an education as the summation of all the knowledge you have acquired about your environment, your society, your government, your country, your planet, your universe and your fellow human beings, then its a very different level of understanding.
